The Soto Family has played a foundational role in the growth and success of the Lansing Cowboys Youth Football Program in Lansing, Michigan. Beginning in 2009 with their son Eric Soto’s first season in local inner-city youth football, Debbi and Miguel Soto became deeply involved as volunteers, coaches, and community advocates. Their loyalty during the transition from the Lansing Dolphins to the Lansing Cowboys helped transform the program from a small team of fewer than 20 players into a thriving organization serving more than 160–180 youth athletes, including football and cheerleading participants. Today, the Soto Family continues to give back through coaching, board leadership, and mentorship, leaving a lasting legacy in Lansing youth sports, youth football development, and community-based athletic programs.
